Eating OutThere are several places to eat in the area, the nearest being the Laroch Bar and Bistro, just a couple of minutes walk down the road from Fern Villa. A short drive away in the car you can find:GLENCOE The Clachaig Inn The atmosphere at Clachaig is legendary, and is known throughout the world. The inn has three lively bars where good food is served throughout the day. Local venison, prime Scotch beef and Scottish salmon are popular favourites. Imaginative, mouth watering, vegetarian dishes are also featured daily. GLENCOE VILLAGE The Carnoch Restaurant and Tea Rooms. Hearty home cooked food at reasonable prices in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. All produce locally sourced, all meat coming from scottish farms. Take-away also available. Licensed. KENTALLEN The Holly Tree Hotel described by many as the finest in the Highlands, has a glass wall facing the Loch where you may sit and watch the sun go down beyond the mountains in the west. ONICH The Corran Inn sits on the shores of Loch Linnhe, beside the Corran ferry. Serving food all day, every day until 9:30 in the evening.
