Prices and BookingsOur prices for 2010 shown below are per person and are based on two people sharing a room on a bed and breakfast basis. The prices are for bookings made direct with ourselves.
Please telephone to ask for single occupancy rates. During low season usually there is no extra charge. Special offers may be available throughout the year, please see the Special Offers section on our Welcome page. Free WiFi Internet access. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS A deposit of £20.00 per room is required to secure a reservation. This can be payable by a cheque through the post or by credit card over the phone/fax. If you need to cancel your holiday more than fourteen days before the date of your stay, the deposit will be refunded. If you need to cancel fourteen days or less before the date of your holiday and we are able to let the room then your deposit will be refunded; if the room is not let the deposit is not refundable. For security reasons please do not send credit card details via the internet. We accept Sterling cash or cheque and Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards. Checking in time is between 3.00pm and 10.00pm unless an earlier/later time has been pre-arranged. Checking out time is by 10.30am. A child up to the age of 12 sharing a room with two adults will be charged at ½ rate. Fern Villa operates a non-smoking policy. SPECIAL DIETS If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know at time of booking. Some items can be bought in the local shop otherwise we will be able to pick them up in the weekly shop to Oban. TRAVEL TIP If you are only staying one night in a Guest House, why not use an overnight bag which will save you from lugging your big cases in and out each day. WHERE DID YOU READ ABOUT US?
